Cara Maiolo is not only a very dear friend of mine and a mom of a young son, but lucky for me, a Licensed Professional Counselor at her practice, Aspen Integrated Counseling. She is also the co-founder of Luminary, a community of female leaders, online courses and my personal life user manual. We discuss the societal shift from our identity pre baby to motherhood, and how that can feel groundless for many women.
